Jurisdiction & Legal Disputes Policy

1. Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction

All terms, conditions, business transactions, and wholesale agreements executed with Coshal (Coshal Unfolding Artistry Pvt. Ltd.) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Here is the bottom line: any legal notice, dispute, claim, or litigation arising out of or in connection with our products, services, or commercial agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. No other court or judicial body outside of Raipur shall have the authority to entertain any legal claims against the company.

2. Precedence of Jurisdiction Over Third-Party Agreements

We maintain a strict and non-negotiable protocol regarding legal jurisdiction for corporate clients, wholesale vendors, and bulk resellers:

• Invalidity of External Jurisdiction Clauses: If a corporate client, bulk reseller, or third-party merchandise vendor includes a clause in their onboarding agreements, purchase orders, or master service agreements stating that legal disputes must be settled in their local region or any court outside of Raipur, such a clause shall be treated as completely null and void.

• Unauthorized Representative Signatures: Even if an executive, employee, or field representative of Coshal signs or executes an agreement containing a clause that favors an external court's jurisdiction, that signature or authorization will not be considered legally valid or binding upon the company.

• The Unalterable Standard: Regardless of any counter-signed vendor agreements or external compliance paperwork, the baseline remains absolute—all legal proceedings, arbitration, or disputes will strictly and exclusively be settled within the judicial jurisdiction of Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.

3. Notice of Dispute & Resolution Process

Before escalating any commercial grievance to a court of law, the moving party must formally serve a written Notice of Dispute to our operations desk at care@coshalart.com or dispatch it via registered post to our physical headquarters:

Upon receipt of the notice, both parties shall engage in good-faith negotiations or mediation for a minimum window of 30 days to reach an amicable resolution before pursuing formal legal litigation in the Raipur courts.
