Shipping and Delivery

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our Core Commitment

At Coshal, our mission is straightforward: to ensure your handcrafted products are packed securely, handled with absolute care, and delivered efficiently to your doorstep. We bridge the gap between rural artisan clusters and a global audience, managing transit across domestic networks and international shipping channels.

Order Processing & Hand-Off Timeline

Here’s the thing: since our pieces are individually handcrafted, they aren't sitting on mechanized conveyor belts.

  • We take up to 2 working days to inspect, pack, and hand over standard, in-stock items to our shipping partners.

  • If your order is a bulk request (more than 5 units of a single style) or features a craft that is currently active in the artisan’s kiln, the processing timeline will vary. In such cases, our team will keep you transparently updated via email.

Delivery Methods, Timelines & Costs

Shipping Destination Shipping Partner Estimated Delivery Time Shipping Cost

Customs, Duties & International Clearances

All international shipments originate directly from our central operations cluster in Raipur, India. Due to the complex nature of cross-border commerce, international orders are subject to local import restrictions, customs checks, and entry taxes established by the destination country.

  • Recipient Responsibility: Any customs duties, import tariffs, or local clearance taxes levied upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

  • Seamless Doorstep Delivery: To make your international shopping experience as clean as possible, we coordinate with DHL and FedEx to clear customs on your behalf during transit.

  • Payment at Delivery: If the courier agent presents an official customs invoice or duty receipt at your doorstep, you will need to settle that amount directly with the courier representative to receive your package.
