At Coshal, we are dedicated to ensuring your handcrafted products are packed securely, handled with absolute care, and delivered efficiently to your doorstep. We manage all transit routes across premium domestic networks and global international shipping channels.
1. Retail Orders Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Hand-Off Timeline

In-Stock Dispatches: We take up to 2 working days to inspect, pack, and hand over standard, retail items to our shipping partners from our central warehouse in Raipur.

Custom / Out-of-Stock Items: If a retail craft is currently active in the artisan’s kiln or under final finishing, the processing timeline may extend. Our support team will keep you transparently updated via email.

2. Bulk & Corporate Orders Shipping Policy
Production & Processing Lead Time

Standard Wholesale/Bulk Orders: For orders matching our standard minimum requirement, production and batch handling typically require a 20-day lead time from the date of final layout approval and payment clearance.

Custom Curation: Timelines for bespoke institutional gifting, custom-branded outer lids, and specialized VIP satin nesting arrangements are calculated dynamically based on batch volume and design complexity.
Logistics & Freight Logistics (Bulk)

Secure Palletized Packing: Bulk shipments are packed in heavy-duty, reinforced transport crates to prevent any structural damage or transit breakage to the brass and iron metalcraft.

Freight Charges: Bulk and commercial wholesale shipping costs are calculated based on total consignment weight, volumetric dimensions, and delivery location. These are detailed transparently inside your commercial proforma invoice.

Tracking & Handover: Bulk shipments are dispatched via tracked surface or air express lines. A dedicated account liaison will share active transit updates until the cargo reaches your corporate facility or centralized distribution office.
3. Customs, Duties & International Clearances
All international shipments originate directly from our central operations cluster in Raipur, India. Due to the complex nature of cross-border commerce, international orders are subject to local import restrictions, customs checks, and entry taxes established by the destination country.

Recipient Responsibility: Any customs duties, import tariffs, or local clearance taxes levied upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the recipient (or the importing corporate entity).

Doorstep Clearance: To make the international logistics experience as clean as possible, our partners (DHL and FedEx) clear customs on your behalf during transit.

Settlement: If the courier agent presents an official customs invoice or duty receipt at your doorstep or warehouse arrival point, you will need to settle that amount directly with the courier representative to receive your package.
